Job Description
**Job Title** Business Developer – Industrial Cleaning **Role Summary** Drive new business growth in the industrial cleaning sector by identifying, qualifying, and securing accounts. Work closely with sales, service, and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet clients’ operational and environmental objectives. **Expectations** - Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets. - Consistently build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects. - Close deals within defined contract terms and service delivery schedules. - Deliver high‑level customer service during the entire sales cycle. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Business Development** - Prospect new accounts in targeted industries (automotive, aerospace, agri‑food, heavy manufacturing). - Conduct needs analysis and propose value‑added cleaning and waste‑management solutions. - Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to inform strategy. 2. **Sales Negotiation & Closing** - Present offers, articulate value propositions, and conduct commercial discussions. - Draft proposals, negotiate pricing and contractual terms, and secure signatures. - Coordinate with technical and logistics teams to confirm feasibility and delivery plans. 3. **Reporting & Collaboration** - Track KPIs (revenue, conversion rates, appointment volume) and update CRM with all interactions. - Participate in cross‑functional meetings with marketing, customer service, and operations to align on service quality and client needs. - Share best practices and sales insights with the commercial team. **Required Skills** - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Proven ability to conduct needs‑based selling and close complex contracts. - Strong analytical skills for opportunity assessment and pipeline management. - Familiarity with CRM software and disciplined process adherence. - Ability to collaborate across multiple internal departments. - Resilience and goal‑orientation in a structured sales environment. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum of an associate‑level degree (BAC+2) in commerce, business development, or related field. - Prior commercial experience in a structured setting (minimum 1–2 years). - Experience in industrial or service‑based sales is an advantage. ---
