**Job Title** Business Development Representative LATAM **Role Summary** Generate, qualify, and book meetings with enterprise prospects across LATAM to support Account Executives in closing deals. Lead outbound prospecting across multiple channels, tailoring outreach through research and personalization to engage key stakeholders such as Marketing Directors, Digital Managers, and Customer Experience Leads. **Expectations** - Conduct ~150 outbound calls/week targeting enterprise prospects. - Secure a minimum of 4 qualified meetings per week. - Meet monthly KPI targets for new business opportunities. - Collaborate with AEs to refine target lists, personas, and messaging. - Work with Marketing to shape high‑impact campaigns and share best practices. **Key Responsibilities** - Identify and research target accounts and contacts using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and company data. - Craft personalized multi‑channel outreach (calls, LinkedIn messages, email cadences via Lemlist). - Maintain a disciplined follow‑up cadence, nurturing leads through Lemlist and CRM updates. - Record all activities accurately in Salesforce, ensuring data quality and pipeline visibility. - Participate in weekly “pipe generation” sessions and other cross‑team activities to share insights. - Analyze outreach performance, adjust tactics, and report on key metrics to stakeholders. **Required Skills** - 2–3 years of outbound prospecting or BDR experience in a B2B SaaS or enterprise sales setting. - Proven cold‑calling proficiency with resilience and a positive attitude. - Strong research skills, ability to personalize outreach based on company context and stakeholder profiles. - Proficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist, and call platforms (e.g., Ringover). - Native Spanish speaker; fluent in English; French knowledge a plus. - Excellent communication, time‑management, and organizational abilities. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience). - No mandatory certifications; a Salesforce or outbound sales certification is a plus.

Job title: FP&A Internship – Financial Planning & Analysis (Start Jan 2026) Role Summary: Support the FP&A team in a high‑growth SaaS company by producing monthly financial close reports, monitoring key performance indicators, and contributing to budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analyses. Work closely with cross‑functional stakeholders (Sales, Product, Tech, Marketing, HR) and senior finance leaders to enhance financial insight and drive decision‑making. Expactations: - Deliver accurate, timely reporting that informs senior management decisions. - Own data integrity and contribute to process improvements and automation. - Present concise findings to finance and functional teams, explaining underlying drivers. Key Responsibilities: - Produce monthly P&L, revenue, headcount, and OPEX reports for the financial close process. - Track daily metrics such as ARR, NRR, churn, and margin. - Update the monthly cash‑flow forecast and support cash‑flow monitoring. - Assist in building the annual budget and quarterly revisions; analyze variances versus budget and prior year. - Identify opportunities and risks through ad‑hoc analysis and dashboards improvements. - Document and standardise FP&A processes to ensure scalability. - Help implement tools for automation and reporting enhancement. - Participate in team meetings to present FP&A outputs and contribute to strategic projects. Required Skills: - Strong Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, PivotTables, dynamic formulas). - Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a curiosity to understand drivers. - Clear written and verbal communication; able to summarise complex data for non‑technical audiences. - Proactive, autonomous, and self‑motivated; willing to ask “why” behind numbers. - Basic familiarity with financial modeling and forecasting. - Comfortable working in an international environment with good English skills (written and spoken). Required Education & Certifications: - Current Master’s student (M1/M2) in Finance, Management Accounting, Audit, or related discipline from a business school, university, or engineering school. - Prior internship or work experience in Audit, Management Accounting, or FP&A is preferred. ---
