Job Description
**Job Title:** Talent Engagement Partner **Role Summary:** Partner with transformation leads to build and manage the workforce for a large-scale supply chain modernisation programme. Combine internal mobility, external sourcing, and inclusive engagement to place the right talent in the right roles efficiently and enhance the candidate and colleague experience. **Expectations:** - Deliver targeted talent solutions aligned with programme milestones. - Drive agency dependency reduction and internal capability development. - Represent the organisation’s employer brand in all stages of engagement. - Use data and market insights to optimise sourcing and processes. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Collaborate with workstream leads to confirm resourcing priorities and create targeted talent plans. 2. Source, shortlist, and interview candidates via internal mobility, external outreach, and digital platforms. 3. Promote internal talent mobility before external market engagement. 4. Manage end‑to‑end talent engagement campaigns for professional, specialist, and leadership roles. 5. Conduct inclusive interviews and assessments, ensuring fair, equitable processes. 6. Represent and enhance the employer brand at events, webinars, and networking activities. 7. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers and programme leads on talent strategy. 8. Maintain dashboards, trackers, and data‑driven insights to inform sourcing plans. 9. Ensure compliance with recruitment policy, processes, and diversity objectives. 10. Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring all touchpoints reflect values and culture. **Required Skills:** - Proven recruitment experience (end‑to‑end and niche talent acquisition). - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. - Expertise in internal mobility and workforce planning. - Knowledge of inclusive recruitment practices and diversity & inclusion metrics. - Ability to analyse recruitment data, dashboards, and market intelligence. - Process improvement mindset and experience with recruitment analytics tools. - Excellent organisational and project‑management capabilities. - High level of brand representation and stakeholder engagement. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, or a related field. - Professional recruitment or HR qualification (e.g., CIPD, HRCI, PHR) preferred. ---
