**Job Title:** Senior Low-Code AI Engineer
**Role Summary:**
Design, develop, and deliver production‑grade AI‑powered solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Azure AI. Act as a client‑facing consultant, translating business requirements into Copilot Studio agents, Power Automate workflows, and integration patterns that improve operational efficiency and decision‑making. Lead solution quality from architecture through deployment, governance, and adoption.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver end‑to‑end solutions to clients across industries.
- Maintain ownership of solution quality, performance, cost, and compliance.
- Work independently at client sites, facilitating workshops and stakeholder communication.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Architect and build Copilot Studio agents that answer queries, retrieve knowledge, and trigger business actions.
- Orchestrate complex Power Automate flows (approvals, routing, notifications, human‑in‑the‑loop).
- Implement Generative AI patterns such as RAG using curated knowledge sources.
- Integrate Microsoft 365, Azure services, and external APIs via connectors, Graph, REST, Azure Functions, Logic Apps.
- Own environment ALM, testing, monitoring, performance tuning, and cost optimization.
- Conduct requirement workshops, workshops, and training sessions with clients.
- Advise on governance, Responsible AI, data boundaries, DLP, auditing, safe prompting.
- Guide clients through adoption, best practices, and ongoing governance.
**Required Skills:**
- Deep experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate; Power Apps/Dataverse a plus).
- Hands‑on with Copilot Studio (actions, knowledge integration).
- Strong integration expertise (connectors, APIs, identity, data modeling).
- Proven consulting experience: stakeholder communication, workshop facilitation, ownership.
- Fluent in English and Dutch; working proficiency in French a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, professional listening skills.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Microsoft certifications relevant to Power Platform, Azure AI, or Copilot Studio (e.g., PL-900, PL-100, AZ-900, AI-102) preferred.
