**Job Title:** Technical Project Manager
**Role Summary:**
Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex technology initiatives for a consumer lending/financial services environment, with a current focus on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud transformation. Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholder engagement, budget, scope, and integration activities while ensuring alignment with governance, regulatory, and business requirements.
**Expectations:**
- Successfully deliver technology projects on time, within budget, and to stakeholder expectations.
- Maintain clear project governance, risk, and issue management.
- Communicate progress and outcomes to executive leadership.
- Foster continuous improvement in project delivery practices.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Scope, plan, and manage technology projects from initiation through post‑implementation support.
2. Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and executive presentations.
3. Control project budgets, monitor cost actuals, and support forecasting.
4. Capture, document, and prioritize requirements in collaboration with senior business stakeholders.
5. Partner with Change Management to align technology, compliance, legal, credit, customer service, and operations.
6. Manage third‑party vendors, consultants, and integration partners.
7. Support technical design discussions and coordinate integration activities.
8. Oversee testing cycles (SIT, UAT, regression testing).
9. Ensure delivery complies with governance, regulatory, and internal standards.
10. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery processes.
11. Lead Salesforce transformation, upgrade and rollout of Financial Services Cloud, integrate with existing platforms, and enhance customer journeys.
12. Provide support for broader initiatives in payments, automation, self‑service, and new product delivery.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven experience delivering technology projects in consumer lending or broader financial services.
- Strong technical understanding (APIs, integration patterns, cloud platforms, data flows).
- Experience with multi‑vendor or multi‑supplier projects.
- Demonstrated IT, digital, CRM, or transformation project delivery track record.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑simplification abilities.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical or computing discipline.
- Certified project management credential (e.g., PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) preferred.
