Job Description: Job title: Medior Sitecore Developer Role Summary: Lead development of high-performing, user‑centric web platforms using Sitecore 10 XP, overseeing design implementation, performance optimization, and seamless backend integration. Expectations: Demonstrated ability to deliver complex Sitecore projects on time, maintain code quality, mentor junior developers, and provide L2/L3 support with 24/7 on‑call readiness. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and develop Sitecore solutions, including containers, analytics, and marketing forms. - Drive performance tuning and monitor platform reliability. - Integrate Sitecore with backend systems for real‑time data exchange. - Translate UI/UX designs into functional, cross‑browser web interfaces. - Implement and maintain modernization initiatives and new Sitecore features. - Lead unit, functional, and regression testing using Sitecore‑centric tools. - Provide project status updates, resolve technical challenges, and facilitate collaboration across cross‑functional teams. - Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering best practices. Required Skills: - 5+ years of Sitecore development experience, including migrations and version upgrades. - Proficiency with Sitecore 10 XP (containers, analytics, marketing forms). - Strong backend integration skills (REST/SOAP, APIs, data mapping). - Web development expertise: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (including frameworks), responsive design. - Performance optimization and cross‑browser compatibility. - Version control (Git/SVN) and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). - Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Dutch or French. - Experience with L2/L3 support and on‑call duties.
