**Job title**
Product Manager – Kyriba (M/F)
**Role Summary**
Lead the strategic deployment and ongoing operation of the Kyriba treasury management platform across the Air Liquide Group. Serve as the central product owner, coordinating project management, user support, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement for the solution within Global Business Services centers and subsidiaries.
**Expactations**
- Deliver a successful, globe‑wide rollout of Kyriba concurrent with ERP transitions.
- Maintain operational excellence, ensuring uptime, compliance, and user adoption.
- Act as the primary liaison between treasury, finance units, ITSM, and the Kyriba vendor.
- Drive continuous enhancement through feature proposals, risk analysis, and digital innovation (e.g., AI initiatives).
- Manage budget, contracts, and service level agreements with the vendor.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Deployment & Project Management**
- Design and execute the Kyriba rollout strategy across Americas, EMEAI, and APAC.
- PMO lead: supervise consultants, integrators, and cross‑functional teams.
- Integrate Kyriba with the Group’s centralized payroll module and other ERP components.
2. **Operational Maintenance**
- Monitor and apply regulatory changes affecting Kyriba operations.
- Central administration of the global Kyriba database and application configuration.
- Provide tier‑2 support, resolve user incidents, and facilitate knowledge transfer to key users.
3. **Governance & Continuous Improvement**
- Maintain application reference models, risk assessments, and security action plans.
- Drive user community engagement and adoption milestones.
- Collaborate with the Treasury IT team on architecture, performance, and enhancement roadmaps.
4. **Vendor & Financial Management**
- Negotiate and track procurement contracts, licensing, and billing with the Kyriba vendor.
- Monitor service level compliance and coordinate corrective actions.
- Report on budget utilization and forecast product support costs.
**Required Skills**
- Strong project management experience (minimum 5 years) with governance frameworks.
- In‑depth functional expertise in Kyriba (certified) and Swift payment network (certified).
- Solid understanding of treasury operations: cash forecasting, liquidity, hedging, and payment processing.
- Proficiency in ITSM tools (ServiceNow), data visualization (PowerBI), and Google Workspace.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Self‑directed, structured approach to multitasking and problem‑solving.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Engineering degree or equivalent, preferably with Master’s or equivalent in finance, treasury, or cash management.
- Kyriba certification (e.g., Kyriba Certified Practitioner).
- Swift certification (e.g., SWIFT Certified).
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
