Job Title: Junior Solutions Architect
Role Summary:
Senior client-facing architect supporting cloud security solution design, implementation, and optimization. Collaborates with sales, engineering, and product teams to translate business requirements into scalable security architectures across AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
Expactations:
- 3+ years of Solution Architect or equivalent role, preferably cybersecurity.
- Deep understanding of cloud security domains (IAM, encryption, network security, data protection, compliance frameworks).
- Experience designing, deploying, and troubleshooting security solutions with leading cloud security tools.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to conduct technical assessments, design proposals, and implementation roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage customers to capture security objectives, technical context, and business goals.
- Perform infrastructure and security architecture assessments.
- Design and document scalable, compliant cloud security solutions using industry best practices.
- Lead implementation and integration activities with cross‑functional teams.
- Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and post‑deployment support.
- Define success metrics, monitor performance, and recommend optimizations.
- Build customer relationships, advise on security strategy, and identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities.
- Contribute to internal knowledge bases, technical documentation, and training workshops.
Required Skills:
- Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP.
- Cloud security concepts: IAM, data protection, encryption, network segmentation, compliance (NIST, ISO, GDPR).
- Security tooling: CNAPP, CSPM, SIEM, SOAR.
- Architecture design, IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation), CI/CD.
- API/GraphQL familiarity.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and detail orientation.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication.
- Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast‑paced environment.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Relevant certifications preferred: CCSP, CISSP, AWS Certified Security, or equivalent.
