Job Title: Business Operations / Growth Operations Manager Role Summary: Manages business operations and growth initiatives by optimizing lead flows, building automation, managing CRM systems, and supporting cross-country projects to drive scalable growth. Expactations: Drive operational efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration to support expansion across European subsidiaries. Key Responsibilities: - Optimize lead generation, routing, and conversion processes. - Design and maintain automations (Make.com, n8n, Zapier) to reduce manual workflows. - Oversee CRM systems (HubSpot, Airtable) for cleanliness, integration, and alignment with business needs. - Coordinate cross-national projects by sharing best practices and adapting scalable processes. - Develop performance dashboards and analyze KPIs to inform growth strategies. - Conduct workflow experiments, implement improvements, and document actionable insights. - Train teams on tools/processes and maintain operational documentation. Required Skills: - CRM expertise (HubSpot, Airtable). - Automation tools (Make.com, n8n). - Strong analytical skills (Excel mandatory; SQL/scripting preferred). - Cross-functional communication and presentation skills (PPT). - Proficiency in identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions. - Fluency in English; French/German advantageous. Required Education & Certifications: 1–3 years in business operations, growth operations, or sales/marketing ops; experience with CRM/automation tools required. Internships and junior roles considered.
