Job Description

**Job Title:** Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) **Role Summary:** Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis for a 9-month fixed-term engagement. Act as a strategic business partner to senior leadership, driving financial insights to support decision-making, growth, and operational efficiency. Manage an FP&A team and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver actionable financial intelligence. **Expectations:** - Spearhead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial planning. - Deliver high-quality management reporting, variance analysis, and scenario modeling. - Translate financial data into strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders. - Optimize FP&A processes, systems, and reporting accuracy. - Ensure compliance with audit, tax, and statutory reporting requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Oversee end-to-end financial planning, analysis, and forecasting processes. 2. Develop KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics to track business outcomes. 3. Lead financial modeling, scenario analysis, and evaluation of strategic initiatives. 4. Manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Power BI for reporting. 5. Mentor and lead an FP&A team, fostering a collaborative, performance-driven culture. **Required Skills:** - Advanced financial modeling and scenario analysis. - Expert Excel skills for complex datasets and automation. - Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. - Strategic business partnering and stakeholder management. - Strong analytical and commercial acumen for data-driven decision-making. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent). - Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience in finance. - 5+ years in senior FP&A or finance roles with leadership responsibility.
