Job Title: Account Director Role Summary Lead high‑value banking and technology accounts, driving revenue and long‑term growth for a global technology finance provider. Unify strategy, solution design and customer engagement to maximize product adoption and renewal across multiple markets. Expectations * Manage the largest and most complex accounts, often covering an entire country or region. * Deliver on assigned revenue targets, driving new business and renewal revenue. * Travel up to 50 % of the time to meet key stakeholders and support multi‑country coverage. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute multi‑year sales plans aligned with corporate strategy and customer priorities. * Maintain and grow relationships with senior executives, identifying account expansion opportunities and driving negotiated deals. * Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (marketing, product, service, finance) to align solutions and deliver customer‑centric proposals. * Resolve complex, high‑impact issues across the organization, providing expert guidance on account strategy and product positioning. * Monitor sales metrics, analyze trends, and publish best‑practice insights for the wider sales organization. * Lead thought‑leadership initiatives, packaging lessons learned into frameworks and assets for the account team. Required Skills * 8–10 years in account management, B2B technology or banking solutions sales. * Demonstrated success in high‑quota, consultative selling with complex solution design. * Fluent in English; written and spoken Dutch and French required. * Strong strategic planning, presentation, negotiation and critical‑thinking skills. * Relationship building at all organizational levels, including senior executives. * Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams) and CRM platforms such as Salesforce. * Solution‑oriented mindset, entrepreneurial, and effectively manages time and territory.
