Job title: Business Analyst / Python Developer Role Summary: Contribute to a data hub for an investment banking environment, ensuring reliable, traceable, and high‑performance data consolidation and distribution across Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, Risk, and Compliance functions. Work at the intersection of data engineering, analytics, and business requirements to enable critical financial reporting and regulatory compliance. Expectations: - Deliver robust Python solutions for data ingestion, transformation, and reporting. - Maintain data quality, consistency, and traceability across the end‑to‑end processing pipeline. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define and implement new features. - Support level‑3 technical issues and drive continuous improvement of processes. Required Skills: - Strong Python development skills (data manipulation, automation, reporting). - Experience with Git, Jenkins, Ansible, Docker, and container orchestration. - Proficiency in NoSQL data stores and query languages. - Familiarity with big‑data and distributed systems concepts. - Understanding of Front‑to‑Back Office processes and financial data quality requirements. - Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously on complex projects. - Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
