Job Title Software Quality Lead (F/M) Role Summary Lead a 3‑person quality assurance team for a SaaS platform, overseeing the entire defect lifecycle—from ticket intake and prioritization to resolution coordination with product and production teams. Drive continuous improvement of quality processes, maintain cross‑functional communication, and deliver KPI reports. Expectations * Foster a collaborative team culture and facilitate onboarding. * Develop team members' technical and analytical capabilities. * Maintain clear, concise communication across all stakeholder levels. * Analyze complex technical issues to propose pragmatic solutions. * Track and present key performance indicators regularly. Key Responsibilities - Manage daily ticket flow, ensuring timely prioritization and resolution. - Coordinate with partners, product owners, and production (Delta Force) on high‑impact bugs. - Create and maintain bug‑management procedures and documentation. - Oversee the performance of Software Quality Referents as needed. - Synchronize activities with other departments during task forces and incident escalations. - Produce and present operational reports and metrics. - Support HR in recruiting and integrating new hires into the team.
