Job title: Resilience Coordinator (H/F) Role Summary: Coordinate and execute comprehensive IT resilience testing across physical, logical, and mass workstation failure scenarios. Serve as a liaison between operational teams and risk stakeholders, ensuring the continual effectiveness of the Computer Recovery Plan (Plan de Secours Informatique – PSI) and overall information system resilience. Expectations: - Deliver end‑to‑end test planning, coordination, and execution of PSI scenarios. - Provide clear risk assessments and actionable insights to senior stakeholders. - Proactively identify, track, and close gaps in resilience controls. - Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of resilience standards and cybersecurity best practices. Key Responsibilities: 1. Prepare and schedule PSI tests for physical, logical, and massive workstation failure scenarios. 2. Design and maintain risk frameworks, coordinate resilience testing, and drive risk awareness initiatives in alignment with regulatory and group‑wide governance standards. Expectations - Deliver measurable improvements in risk posture and resilience. - Maintain up‑to‑date risk registers, dashboards, and KPI reporting for senior stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with banking regulations, DORA, and internal security policies. - Act as a trusted advisor to technical, security, and business teams. Key Responsibilities - Develop and evolve the group’s digital operational resilience strategy. - Define, update, and enforce the risk governance and normalisation framework for ICT risks. - Coordinate collaboration among all risk actors (CISO, RPCA, RPSI, etc.). - Gather, validate, and consolidate risk information across IT products and services. - Maintain the critical assets map, especially those supporting DORA‑relevant functions. - Implement and oversee operational risk monitoring, controls, and testing programs. - Lead resilience testing campaigns and liaise with regulators on test scheduling and reporting. - Identify risk awareness needs and execute education programs with the communications team. - Build and refine an ICT risk dashboard; propose meaningful KPIs. - Conduct group‑wide control and evaluation campaigns for the first line of defense. - Perform second‑level control assessments on assigned domains.
