Job title: Marketing Operations Specialist
Role Summary:
Supports marketing managers across Europe by planning, delivering, and optimizing multi‑channel brand elevation and demand‑generation initiatives. Coordinates integrated campaigns, product launches, events, and digital acceleration projects while ensuring brand consistency, regulatory compliance, and max efficiency of marketing technology systems.
Expactations:
- Plan, execute, and evaluate multi‑channel marketing communications at regional and country levels.
- Lead integrated campaigns, ABM, product launches, events, congresses, and digital initiatives.
- Champion brand consistency and alignment across all markets.
- Optimize martech tools and processes to enhance performance and ROI.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, science, legal, & regulatory teams.
- Manage congresses and tradeshows from booth design to budget and vendor oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns.
- Oversee ABM and demand‑generation activities.
- Coordinate product launch communications and collateral.
- Manage event & congress planning, execution, and post‑event reporting.
- Drive digital acceleration projects and content development.
- Maintain and refine marketing processes and martech platforms.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and industry regulations.
- Engage stakeholders, provide status updates, and facilitate cross‑team collaboration.
Required Skills:
- 1–4 years in marketing communications within medical devices, pharma, healthcare, or IT at a global company/agency.
- Proficiency with campaign tools (Pardot, Agile, Adprom) and project‑management software.
- Strong digital marketing awareness, KPI analysis, and martech optimization.
- Excellent communication, creative thinking, organization, and stakeholder engagement.
- Solutions‑driven, customer‑focused mindset with reliability, resilience, and results orientation.
- Fluency in French (required) and professional proficiency in English.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communications, IT, or a related field.
