**Job title:** Senior Revenue Systems Strategist
**Role Summary:**
Design, configure, and optimize revenue technology solutions that power the mid‑funnel sales cycle, ensuring seamless integration, data integrity, and automated workflows across Sales, Account Management, and Revenue Operations.
**Expactations:**
Deliver a measurable, scalable system architecture that reduces manual touchpoints, improves data quality, and drives revenue growth. Deliver adoption plans, training, and ongoing support that align with GTM objectives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead architecture, configuration, and continuous improvement of Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, and complementary GTM tools.
- Own end‑to‑end automation, integration, and data accuracy for new business, renewal, upsell, and expansion processes.
- Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and RevOps to gather requirements, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and deliver reporting solutions.
- Translate business goals into system‑wide, future‑ready designs and document architectures.
- Champion data flow integrity, change management, and performance monitoring across cross‑functional initiatives.
- Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and ongoing support for distributed teams.
- Evaluate and pilot emerging technologies (AI, next‑best‑action, generative AI, etc.) within the revenue stack.
**Required Skills:**
- 5+ years Salesforce administration or business systems strategy experience.
- Proven expertise with Salesforce CPQ (configuration, troubleshooting, enhancements).
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, validation rules, custom metadata).
- Experience with GTM tools (Ironclad, Salesloft, LeanData, Gong, Gainsight) and their Salesforce integrations.
- Ability to read Apex code; hands‑on development experience a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to design scalable, automated processes.
- Excellent communication, cross‑functional collaboration, and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with AI‑powered Salesforce features (Einstein, generative AI for Flow) preferred.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Salesforce Administrator certification required.
- CPQ Specialist and/or Advanced Administrator certifications strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting B2B SaaS sales and account management environments.
