Demonstrate technical depth in cloud, networking, and application ecosystems. Maintain customer-centric operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Deploy, manage, and secure cloud SaaS environments (AWS, Azure). - Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to resolve complex technical issues. - Automate repetitive tasks and develop infrastructure documentation/training. - Participate in 24x7 on-call rotations for incident triage and resolution. - Implement observability tools and optimize deployment pipelines.
