**Job Title:** Apprenticeship – Business Engineer Support – Biomethane (Master/Engineer)
**Role Summary:**
Provide operational and strategic support to the Biomethane Business Engineer within the regional development team. Facilitate prospecting, event organization, portfolio management, study preparation, internal coordination, data hygiene, and reporting to enable the expansion of biomethane injection projects.
**Expectations:**
- Graduate pursuing or holding a Master’s or Engineer’s degree in Business, Management, Transition Management, Environmental Engineering, Marketing, or Business Development.
- Strong interest in agriculture and renewable energy.
- Demonstrable communication skills (oral & written).
- Self‑directed, meticulous, proactive, and creative mindset.
- Comfortable handling legal and contractual documentation.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Prospecting & Campaign Management** – Conduct zone targeting, identify prospects, design and execute outreach campaigns, and track progress.
2. **Event Support** – Plan, coordinate, and execute stakeholder events (e.g., farmer forums), manage logistics, produce marketing materials, and deliver presentations under guidance.
3. **Project Development** – Convert prospects into projects; monitor emerging portfolios, manage preliminary studies, and prepare connection offers.
4. **Internal Coordination** – Liaise with cross‑functional teams to enable offer creation and ensure alignment on project deliverables.
5. **Data Management** – Maintain accurate, traceable client records, contacts, documents, and other information in the CRM.
6. **Reporting & Analysis** – Produce regular program reports, analyze portfolio performance, and provide insights for decision‑making.
7. **Continuous Improvement** – Participate in procedural workgroups, develop communication support for the team, and contribute to internal process enhancements.
**Required Skills:**
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; awareness of data analysis techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret legal/contractual texts.
- Project management (planning, scheduling, monitoring).
- Effective written and verbal communication in French (English proficiency desirable).
- Analytical thinking, creativity, and rigorous attention to detail.
- Autonomous work ethic and team collaboration.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Master’s or Engineer’s degree in Business, Management, Transition Management, Environmental Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
