**Job title:** Wholesale Manager (Contract)
**Role Summary:**
Lead and expand wholesale sales for Military, Dallas Store, and Independent accounts, ensuring revenue growth, sell‑in/out targets, and strong retailer partnerships. Execute strategic account management, marketing initiatives, and business intelligence while coordinating cross‑functional teams and operational processes.
**Expectations:**

- Strengthen retailer relationships and secure long‑term business opportunities.
- Provide data‑driven insights to optimize inventory, assortment, and marketing ROI.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and brand representation.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Strategic Account Management:**
- Manage priority accounts (Military, Dallas Store, TV Channels, Independent); support secondary accounts (Nordstrom, Ulta, Nordstrom Rack, Anthropologie).
- Serve as primary liaison for buyers and store teams; communicate assortment changes, allocations, and merchandising needs.
- Achieve and report on monthly sell‑in and sell‑out targets.
- **Marketing, Programs & Execution:**
- Partner on annual and seasonal marketing plans.
- Oversee end‑to‑end sampling, order processing, and timelines.
- Monitor marketing ROI and recommend optimizations.
- **Sales Analysis & Business Intelligence:**
- Own weekly sales reporting across all portals.
- Analyze SKU, regional, and trend performance; identify sell‑in opportunities.
- Conduct weekly business touch‑bases with Senior Manager for performance review and action plans.
- **Business Operations:**
- Manage retailer intake forms, SKU setup, kit creation, and program documentation.
- Coordinate with Customer Care for accurate order processing.
- Support launch, promotion, and replenishment cycles.
- Undertake special projects and evolving business needs.
**Required Skills:**
- 5+ years in wholesale account management, sales, or business development within beauty/skincare/consumer products.
- Strong business acumen, negotiation, and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Analytical proficiency with Excel, KPI interpretation, and reporting.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time‑management.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, resilience in fast‑paced environments.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Brand ambassador capabilities.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Wholesale Professional, related industry credentials) are advantageous.
