**Job Title:** Director of PR and Brand Communication
**Role Summary:**
Lead and execute a comprehensive 360° communication strategy for a high‑growth beauty brand, driving U.S. awareness, desirability, and community engagement through integrated influence, PR, social media, and activist initiatives. Manage budgets, deliver measurable ROI, and adapt global brand messaging to local market dynamics while championing self‑esteem advocacy.
**Expectations:**
- 5–8 years in communication, PR, or brand marketing within beauty/skincare.
- Proven success with multi‑channel, omni‑platform campaigns, including Sephora, TikTok, Meta, and YouTube ecosystems.
- Demonstrated ability to design, budget, and optimize large-scale influence and PR programs.
- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in EMV, engagement, reach, and ROI tracking.
- Inspirational leadership with experience managing teams and external agencies.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and lead U.S. communication strategy, aligning with the marketing launch calendar and always‑on visibility initiatives.
- Oversee influence, PR, and social media plans; build and nurture long‑term creator, influencer, and media relationships.
- Design paid media integration across TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and traditional earned channels, ensuring alignment with owned and affiliate touchpoints.
- Manage and optimize the activation budget; propose spend allocations to maximize ROI and sustain growth.
- Provide data‑driven insights, EMV strategy, and reporting frameworks to refine campaigns and investment decisions.
- Shape U.S. brand positioning, adapt global messaging, and lead campaign narrative and content creation.
- Champion self‑esteem advocacy by integrating mental‑health conscious messaging and partner programs.
- Lead, develop, and align the U.S. communications team, managing external agency partners.
