**Job Title**
Event Marketing Coordinator – NY Hybrid
**Role Summary**
Coordinate, manage, and execute Experian’s B2B events, conferences, tradeshows, and client entertainment experiences. Serve as the primary point of contact for all event logistics, budgets, vendor relationships, and cross‑functional collaboration to enhance brand visibility and demand generation.
**Expectations**
- Deliver on‑time, on‑budget event execution while maintaining high brand standards.
- Proactively support senior leaders and sales partners in aligning events with marketing and revenue objectives.
- Ensure transparent communication and reporting across all stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan venue selection, catering, A/V, signage, shipping, and on‑site execution for in‑person events.
- Coordinate virtual event logistics, including registration platforms, event websites, and attendee communications.
- Manage event budgets, vendor contracts, and timelines; monitor spend and deliver cost‑efficient solutions.
- Collaborate with creative, digital, and marketing teams to produce event collateral, presentations, and digital assets.
- Process invoices, schedule calendars, coordinate travel, and generate post‑event reports.
- Enforce brand standards across all event touchpoints.
**Required Skills**
- 4+ years of experience in event marketing or corporate event planning, preferably B2B.
- Strong project management skills with proficiency in tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or equivalent.
- Expertise in event management platforms (Cvent, Eventbrite, Splash, or similar).
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, vendors, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for event support.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- No specific certifications required, but knowledge of event planning software and project management tools is essential.
