Job Description
**Job title** Field Sales Coach / Account Manager **Role Summary** Drive sales and account development for the Benelux region in the animal health sector. Act as a coach for account managers while managing a sales territory, executing field visits, delivering product knowledge, and achieving revenue targets. **Expectations** - Achieve annual sales targets and territory growth. - Provide continuous coaching and development to indirect account manager reports. - Maintain high customer satisfaction and comply with regulatory and company policies. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct field sales calls and presentations to veterinarians, corporate buyers, and wholesalers. - Transfer scientific information and key product messages to customers and internal teams. - Manage territory planning, expense control, and CRM data entry. - Identify and drive-value projects in line with VMR and internal policies. - Report pharmacovigilance incidents and uphold company procedures. - Collaborate with sales leads on client segmentation and marketing plan execution. - Serve as VMR point of contact, providing training and support to account managers. - Mentor and coach indirect reports, focusing on recruitment, retention, and skill development. **Required Skills** - Strong communication, presentation, and influencing abilities. - Sales strategy planning and territory management. - Coaching, mentorship, and development of indirect teams. - Problem‑solving and business acumen with a results‑driven mindset. - Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office. - Team collaboration across functions. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in animal science, animal husbandry, veterinary medicine, or equivalent. - Master’s degree in any of the above fields is advantageous. - Minimum 5 years of animal health sales experience. - Knowledge of VMR regulations and veterinary industry best practices.
