Job Description

Job Title: Artificial Intelligence Engineer Role Summary: Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions—especially Generative and Agentic AI—to accelerate drug pipelines, enhance manufacturing, improve sales insights, and increase operational productivity across the organization. Expactations: - Deliver scalable, production‑ready AI systems aligned with business goals. - Translate complex business requirements into technical AI architecture and code. - Maintain high standards of code quality, security, and operational reliability. - Collaborate effectively with software engineers, data scientists, stewards, and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Consume, integrate, and deploy AI models into existing workflows. - Build and maintain robust, scalable AI applications with attention to performance and security. - Stay current with AI research and emerging technologies; identify adoption opportunities. - Write clean, well‑documented code and ensure thorough testing and documentation. - Participate in DevSecOps practices (CI/CD, Git, containerization, IaC) to support continuous delivery. Required Skills: - 3+ years in AI, Data Science, or related field. - Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, and/or Python; experience with common ML libraries and frameworks. - Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) AI/ML services. - Solid understanding of data structures, data modeling, and relational/NoSQL database concepts. - Experience with DevSecOps tools: CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical discipline.
