Job Description
**Job Title:** Group Financial Controller **Role Summary:** Senior finance leader responsible for end‑to‑end financial control, reporting, tax and intercompany processes across a multi‑regulated international fintech group. Reports to the COO, ensuring compliance, financial stability, and scalability while optimising capital, liquidity, and tax positions. **Expectations:** - Deliver accurate, timely consolidated reporting in UK, US and other jurisdictions. - Lead statutory accounts, audit and regulatory examinations. - Strengthen governance, internal controls and risk management. - Manage tax strategy and intercompany structures. - Mentor and develop a small finance team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee consolidated group reporting (local GAAP, regulatory requirements). - Manage month‑end, year‑end close, statutory accounts and statutory audit. - Govern intercompany transactions, eliminations, and reconciliations. - Maintain internal controls to mitigate financial risk. - Direct legal entity structure, entity rationalisation and cross‑border funding strategies. - Ensure transfer‑pricing and intercompany recharges meet regulatory standards. - Lead tax planning/optimisation (UK, US, EU, VAT) and liaise with external advisors. - Monitor regulatory capital and liquidity, support stress‑testing and contingency funding. - Oversee a finance team of three, fostering performance and development. **Required Skills:** - Strong analytical and accounting expertise, deep knowledge of international GAAP. - Experience in FCA‑regulated environments and multi‑entity consolidations. - Proven audit and regulatory examination leadership. - Tax planning and transfer‑pricing competence across UK, US, EU. - Leadership and staff development capabilities. - Detail oriented, highly accurate, with integrity in financial reporting. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting. - Excellent stakeholder communication skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - ACA or CIMA qualification. - Significant leadership experience in financial management, preferably within PE‑backed or later‑stage scale‑up companies.

Job Title: Information Security Analyst Role Summary: Protects the organisation’s digital assets by monitoring security infrastructure, responding to incidents, conducting vulnerability assessments, and implementing controls in collaboration with IT and external SOC partners. Operates on a shared responsibility model with the CISO and supports both UK and US business units. Expectations: • Part of a 24/7 incident response rota, typically 1 incident per 4‑5 weeks. • Availability for short‑term assignments in the United States. • Minimum of two onsite days per week in London (remote work otherwise).
