Responsible for daily operations, incident management, documentation, and project delivery within agreed timelines. Expectations: - Operate within a small, collaborative team of six. - Meet tight project and incident response deadlines. - Maintain strict organization and prioritization skills. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day‑to‑day operation of the group life back‑end application on mainframe. - Deliver application projects on schedule and within scope. - Monitor, triage, and follow up on low‑volume incidents. - Contribute to technical and functional documentation through code analysis and application behavior review. - Design and implement simple, structured, and efficient solutions.
