Job Description
**Job Title:** Fire & Security Project Manager **Role Summary:** Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of fire and security installation projects across North Wales and the Northwest region. Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to required technical and quality standards while maintaining health, safety, and environmental compliance. **Expectations:** - Deliver projects on time, within budget, and fully compliant with technical specifications. - Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and commercial profitability. - Uphold health, safety, and environmental standards on all sites. - Provide accurate forecasting and reporting to meet monthly budget targets. - Coordinate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients. **Key Responsibilities:** - Review contracts for technical and contractual requirements. - Manage full project lifecycle: planning, resourcing, execution, and close‑out. - Produce monthly work‑bank forecasts and monitor budget performance. - Select, coordinate, and monitor subcontractors, labor, and suppliers. - Liaise with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. - Attend site meetings and regional office visits as required. - Conduct toolbox talks, safety audits, and incident reporting. - Ensure proper waste disposal and maintain environmental compliance documentation. - Perform compliance checks for NSI audit readiness and adherence to company policies. - Undertake additional management duties aligned with experience and business needs. **Required Skills:** - 3‑5 years’ hands‑on experience in fire and security project management. - Strong technical knowledge of fire and security systems. - Proven ability to deliver projects on schedule and budget. - Commercial awareness and customer‑service orientation. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. - Self‑motivated, solution‑focused, and proactive. - Full UK driver’s licence with willingness to travel. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Relevant secondary education (e.g., GCSEs/A‑Levels) or equivalent. - Industry‑specific certifications preferred (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, fire & security qualifications), but not mandatory.
