Job Title: HR Business Partner Role Summary Strategic and operational HR partner to site leadership, aligning HR initiatives with business goals, ensuring compliance, and driving a high‑performance, safety‑first culture. Expactations - Act as trusted advisor to line managers on HR and labor‑law matters. - Translate business objectives into practical HR solutions. - Maintain audit‑ready HR records and compliance with local legislation. - Champion local implementation of global HR initiatives. Key Responsibilities - Partner with site management and department leaders to understand operational challenges and design tailored HR interventions. - Advise on staffing, compensation, organizational changes, and disciplinary processes. - Develop and execute a site‑specific HR agenda aligned with the global framework. - Lead succession planning, performance management, and coaching for managers. - Identify training needs; collaborate with Talent & Engagement to enhance leadership behaviors. - Drive employee engagement initiatives, conduct surveys, analyze insights, and recommend action plans. - Serve as primary contact for complex employee relations cases, leading impartial investigations. - Administer total‑rewards and benefit programs in partnership with regional teams. - Represent management in works council and union delegations. Required Skills - Strategic thinking with strong business acumen. - Excellent stakeholder and people management. - Proficiency in HR analytics and change management. - Clear, persuasive communication in English and Dutch. - Cultural sensitivity and inclusiveness. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 5–10 years’ HR Business Partner experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial setting.
