**Job Title**
Procurement Integration Solutions Consultant (M/F)
**Role Summary**
Lead digital transformation and integration of procurement solutions within client organizations. Align procurement strategy with emerging technologies (RPA, AI) and collaborative platforms to enhance operational efficiency, professionalize procurement functions, and embed performance measurement into service commitments. Manage commercial proposals and partner relationships with key e‑procurement vendors.
**Expactations**
- Minimum 2–3 years in consulting, procurement, IT, or technology vendor environments.
- Demonstrated ability to drive digital initiatives in procurement.
- Strong business acumen, proposal development skills and capacity to influence at senior levels.
- Commitment to firm culture, contribution to the 2026 strategy, and proactive engagement with partner ecosystem.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Drive procurement digital transformation by aligning strategy with RPA, AI, and cloud‑based e‑procurement solutions.
2. Design and optimize procurement processes, emphasizing collaborative platforms to strengthen stakeholder relationships.
3. Advance the procurement function through improved spend and category insight, knowledge sharing, and embedding performance metrics into service level agreements.
4. Prepare and present commercial proposals for e‑procurement implementation projects.
5. Maintain and grow relationships with leading e‑procurement vendors (Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, Jaggaer, Per Angusta, Tradeshift, Zycus).
6. Contribute to internal knowledge base, participate in the 2026 ambition plan, and support firm-wide initiatives.
**Required Skills**
- Digital transformation, procurement strategy, and process optimization.
- Expertise in RPA, AI, and e‑procurement platforms (Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, Jaggaer, Per Angusta, Tradeshift, Zycus).
- Stakeholder management, consulting methodology, and project delivery.
- Proposal development and commercial negotiations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management or related field.
- Procurement certifications (CPSM, CIPS, SHARP) or digital transformation credentials (e.g., IAP) are preferred but not mandatory.
