Procurement Solutions Integration Consultant (M/F)
**Role Summary**
A consulting role focusing on driving digital transformation within procurement functions. The consultant aligns procurement strategy with emerging technologies (RPA, AI), enhances process efficiency through collaborative platforms, and professionalizes procurement by deepening spend and category insights. Responsibilities include crafting commercial proposals and managing relationships with leading e‑procurement vendors (Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, Jaggaer, Per Angusta, Tradeshift, Zycus).
**Expectations**
- Minimum 2‑3 years of consulting experience or equivalent in procurement, IT, or vendor settings.
- Demonstrated ability to lead or support procurement digital initiatives.
- Strong grasp of procurement processes, spend analytics, and category management.
- Proficiency with RPA, AI, and popular e‑procurement platforms.
- Proven commercial acumen: proposal development and sales cycle management.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and partnership management skills.
- Ability to operate autonomously within a high‑performance consulting team.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Lead and support procurement digital transformation projects, aligning strategy with RPA and AI opportunities.
2. Design and implement collaborative platform solutions to improve stakeholder engagement and operational efficiency.
3. Conduct spend analysis and category reviews to drive process improvements and performance measurement.
4. Produce and deliver commercial proposals, including technical and financial presentations.
5. Manage relationships with key e‑procurement vendors and maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product roadmaps.
6. Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, best‑practice frameworks, and the firm’s 2025 growth plan.
7. Deliver project milestones on time, within scope and budget, while ensuring client satisfaction.
**Required Skills**
- Consulting methodology and project management (Agile/Scrum, Prince2, PMP).
- Procurement operations expertise and spend analytics.
- Digital transformation in procurement: RPA, AI, and cloud‑based solutions.
- Familiarity with e‑procurement platforms (Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, Jaggaer, Per Angusta, Tradeshift, Zycus).
- Commercial acumen: proposal writing, business case development, and negotiation.
- Strong communication: client presentations, stakeholder reporting, and partnership coordination.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Multilingual capability preferred; French and English fluency required.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (PMP, Prince2, Agile, or vendor‑specific e‑procurement credentials) are advantageous.
