**Job Title**: Digital & Communications Marketing Manager
**Role Summary**
Lead the development, execution, and optimization of digital marketing strategy for a senior professional services organization. Drive integrated campaigns, thought‑leadership distribution, and the evolution of the marketing technology ecosystem, including AI‑enabled tools, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
**Expectations**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and implement comprehensive digital content & communications plans (website, social media, email, podcasts, webinars, reports).
- Lead cross‑functional integrated marketing campaigns promoting key practices and initiatives.
- Manage social media strategy, content calendar, and engagement tactics.
- Partner with PR & agencies on press releases, newsletters, SEO/SEM, and paid media.
- Oversee digital platforms (website, CMS, analytics, marketing automation) and optimize performance.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign metrics; use insights to refine tactics.
- Evaluate, select, and integrate marketing technologies and AI tools that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
**Required Skills**
- 5+ years of digital marketing, content strategy, or communications in professional services (law firm, consulting, or Big 4).
- Proven record of managing end‑to‑end digital campaigns and thought‑leadership initiatives.
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing platforms (CMS, social media managers, email marketing, analytics, SEO/SEM).
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration with senior executives and cross‑functional teams.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and maintain brand consistency.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Adobe Certified Expert, or similar) are a plus.
