**Job Title:** Business Analyst – Investments
**Role Summary:**
Acts as the bridge between product owners, business units, and IT to support banks and financial institutions in transforming investment products, regulatory processes, and client experiences. Ensures solutions are coherent, compliant, and of high quality while driving change initiatives and supporting Agile delivery.
**Expectations:**
- Manage several projects concurrently, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Take initiative, propose improvements, and remain open to team input.
- Demonstrate precision, structured thinking, and strong attention to detail.
- Communicate fluently in French, Dutch, and English.
- Possess 2‑5 years of relevant experience; Agile experience is a plus.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Analyze business, regulatory, and legal requirements for investment products (MiFID, ESG, PRIIPS, SRD, etc.) and translate them into clear functional specifications.
- Evaluate operational, organizational, and IT impacts of proposed changes.
- Prepare and structure documentation for development teams to ensure accurate scope understanding.
- Lead change activities, including product launches, go‑to‑market plans, and IT releases.
- Engage and challenge stakeholders (Sales, Legal, Compliance, Operations) to clarify needs and validate solutions.
- Participate in governance bodies and Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, reviews).
- Report progress, risks, and decisions regularly to management.
**Required Skills:**
- Business analysis and requirement‑writing for investment products.
- In‑depth knowledge of financial regulations (MiFID, ESG, PRIIPS, SRD).
- Impact analysis (operational, organizational, IT).
- Stakeholder management and effective communication.
- Project and change management, multitasking, and prioritization.

- Fluency in French, Dutch, and English.

- Master’s degree (e.g., Finance, Business, Economics, or related field).
- 2–5 years of experience in business analysis, investments, or financial regulation.
- No specific certifications required; professional certifications in business analysis or regulatory compliance are advantageous.
