**Job Title**
Systems and Network Engineer
**Role Summary**
Serve as the lead driver of the infrastructure, security, and overall performance of the information system, ensuring continuous availability, scalability, and resilience. Manage the evolution of networks, servers, and security devices, maintain monitoring and support, administer deployment automation, and enforce cybersecurity best practices while collaborating across teams.

**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Infrastructure Evolution** – Plan, design, and upgrade network, server, and security device topologies to meet performance and scalability requirements.
2. **Availability & Performance Management** – Operate monitoring tools, perform proactive maintenance, and handle tier‑2/3 support to minimize downtime.
3. **Network & Security Governance** – Implement and maintain firewall, VPN, endpoint protection, backup, and secure monitoring; lead the adoption of Zscaler, Rapid7, Vanta, and Intune solutions.
4. **Systems Administration** – Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers, Azure AD, Google Cloud services, and other core platforms; automate deployments via Docker, Kubernetes, and CI pipelines.
5. **Incident Management** – Respond rapidly to critical incidents, execute root‑cause analysis, and restore services within agreed SLAs.
6. **Documentation & Best‑Practice Dissemination** – Produce clear, up‑to‑date architecture diagrams, SOPs, and security guidelines; educate colleagues on cyber‑security protocols.
7. **Continuity & On‑Call Duties** – Participate in on‑call rotations and provide post‑incident reviews and preventive measures.
**Required Skills**
- **Technical Expertise**: Google Cloud Platform, Azure AD, Zscaler, Rapid7, Vanta, Intune, GLPI, Kubernetes, Docker, Grafana, and experience in OVH cloud environments.
- **DevOps / SysOps**: Strong automation scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python), CI/CD pipeline configuration, and configuration management.
- **Monitoring & Incident Response**: Proficiency with monitoring dashboards, log analysis, and incident management tools.
- **Security Acumen**: Knowledge of network security principles, vulnerability management, backup strategies, and compliance frameworks.
- **Communication**: Ability to document complex systems clearly and train non‑technical staff.
- **Analytical & Autonomy**: Strong problem‑solving skills and capability to work independently within a matrixed environment.
- **Team Orientation**: Collaborative mindset, open to knowledge sharing, and comfortable with cross‑functional coordination.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s (Bac+3) to Master’s (Bac+5) degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar infrastructure and security role.
- Certifications are advantageous: Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, CompTIA Security+, Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or equivalent.
