Job Description
**Job Title:** IT Delivery Manager – Manufacturing & Quality (Global) **Role Summary:** Leads the corporate IT Manufacturing & Quality Delivery team, overseeing the end‑to‑end delivery, operation, performance, and continuous improvement of global IT platforms that support manufacturing and quality functions. Ensures alignment with digital program leaders, cost efficiency, and full product lifecycle management from implementation to decommissioning. **Expectations:** - Define and maintain an IT vision and roadmap aligned with technical leadership. - Deliver services that meet SLA targets for availability, performance, and security. - Manage resources, budgets, and compliance across global build, RUN, and evolution phases. - Foster adoption of best practices, standards, and risk‑mitigation measures. **Key Responsibilities:** - Create and sustain an IT strategy and roadmap; coordinate with technical leaders to ensure coherence and drive optimizations. - Oversee RUN operations, incident management, change and service request processes, and ensure data integration across applications. - Allocate functional and technical resources to meet budgetary and SLA commitments, including on‑call coverage. - Ensure regulatory compliance (GxP/CSV), internal controls, and IT governance (security, sourcing). - Promote quality standards, methodologies, and continuous monitoring of solution performance. - Implement security directives from CISO, integrate patches and updates, and respond promptly to security incidents. - Lead global, cross‑functional teams and manage vendor relationships to maintain required technical competencies. **Required Skills:** - Strong understanding of SDLC and robust application design. - Deep functional knowledge of Manufacturing & Quality applications (ERP, MES, OEE, IPC, CMMS, QMS, lab production equipment). - Experience coordinating global teams and resource allocation across build, RUN, and evolution stages. - Excellent communication and collaborative leadership abilities. - High adaptability and responsiveness. - Fluent English (written and spoken). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Engineering degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Production Engineering, or related field. - Minimum 10 years of IT experience in Manufacturing & Quality, preferably in pharmaceutical or comparable regulated industry.
