**Job Title**
Enterprise Data Architect and Cross‑Functional Foundations (F/M)
**Role Summary**
Lead the design and evolution of a customer‑oriented IT system transitioning to micro‑services, event‑driven, and data‑centric architecture. Develop and maintain enterprise‑wide architectural standards, govern data quality, security, and regulatory compliance, and support multi‑channel integration and cloud adoption across the organization.

- Deliver a coherent, future‑ready architecture aligned with business strategy and industry standards.
- Drive the adoption of event‑driven, micro‑service, and cloud‑native solutions.
- Provide expert guidance to stakeholders (business, IT, technical) through requirements analysis, RFI/RFP facilitation, and prototype validation.
- Foster continuous collaboration with other architects and maintain an up‑to‑date knowledge of emerging technologies and regulations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and maintain the target architecture for the customer relationship IT landscape.
- Conduct strategic studies on integration, cloud, and data‑centric architecture.
- Formalise a catalogue of design patterns and functional architecture guidance.
- Design and govern data strategy, ensuring quality, governance, and GDPR compliance.
- Specify multi‑channel integration scenarios (automation, CRM, conversational AI, omnichannel platforms).
- Lead the implementation of hybrid platforms (API Management, MOM, iPaaS, ETL, MFT).
- Develop cloud scenarios (SaaS, PaaS, FaaS, micro‑services) and support digital transformation initiatives.
- Mentor and support fellow architects; contribute to IT governance and technology monitoring.
**Required Skills**
- 10+ years of enterprise architecture experience, with deep expertise in micro‑services, event‑driven systems, cloud, and data‑centric architectures.
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate strategic objectives into technical solutions.
- Proven track record in cloud strategy (SaaS, PaaS, FaaS) and API/Integration platforms.
- Expertise in data governance, data quality, security, and regulatory compliance (including GDPR).
- Experience with multi‑channel integration, CRM, conversational AI, omnichannel platforms, and hybrid deployment models.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
- Ability to conduct RFI/RFP, prototype development, and architecture workshops.
- Knowledge of the insurance domain (customer relations, marketing, claims, life insurance) is a plus.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Master’s level (Bac +5) engineering or equivalent in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or general engineering.
- Relevant certifications in enterprise architecture (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and data governance are preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in enterprise architecture roles.
