**Job title**
DevOps Project Manager (M/F)
**Role Summary**
Lead and execute DevOps-driven IT projects, bridging development, architecture, and operations teams to deliver secure, high‑performance microservice solutions within defined schedules and quality thresholds.
**Expectations**
- Proven experience managing IT projects in a DevOps environment.
- Strong technical grasp of microservices architectures, hybrid cloud, and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Excellent coordination, organizational, and communication skills.
- Self‑driven with a demonstrated ability to drive projects to completion while ensuring compliance with security and performance standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define technical scope and cost estimates for Ops contributions in collaboration with developers, architects, and security leads.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor technical workstreams, integrating DevOps service offerings.
- Oversee project production activities, ensuring timely, quality deliverables and adherence to warranty commitments.
- Facilitate transition of projects to ongoing operations, meeting operational hand‑over requirements.
- Supervise application and infrastructure deployments across environments.
- Participate in project governance, including steering committees, architecture reviews, and operational reviews.
- Coordinate end‑to‑end technical processes from design through production readiness.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to promote and implement DevOps best practices.
**Required Skills**
- Project management in an IT/DevOps context.
- Deep understanding of microservices, CI/CD, containerization, and hybrid cloud environments.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, GitLab, ServiceNow, and other DevOps platforms.
- Ability to engage product owners, technical stakeholders, and operations teams.
- Knowledge of continuous integration, security integration, and performance optimization.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Autonomous, disciplined, and meticulous execution.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- DevOps certification (e.g., CDP, Docker Certified Associate, Certified Kubernetes Administrator, or equivalent) is an advantage.
