Job Description

**Job title:** Business Analyst **Role Summary:** Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to drive digital transformation and operational excellence. Lead workshops, map processes, gather and validate requirements, and support system implementations to deliver measurable impact and align initiatives with strategic goals. **Expectations:** - Deliver clear, actionable business requirements and detailed documentation. - Ensure projects meet deadlines, stay within scope, and achieve defined objectives. - Promote stakeholder engagement and foster collaborative decision‑making. - Drive continuous improvement in processes and systems. - Contribute to the brand’s digital evolution and overall business performance. **Key Responsibilities:** - Facilitate workshops with cross‑functional teams to identify problems and capture requirements. - Map and analyze existing processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements. - Produce business and functional requirement specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Collaborate with project managers and IT teams to plan and execute system implementations. - Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders and sponsors. - Maintain comprehensive project and requirement documentation throughout the lifecycle. - Support change management activities and adoption of new solutions. **Required Skills:** - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Expertise in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and documentation. - Excellent communication and facilitation skills with senior stakeholders. - Commercial awareness and ability to link solutions to business outcomes. - Project delivery experience and knowledge of project management methodologies. - Proficiency with modeling and documentation tools (e.g., Visio, BOC, or equivalent). - Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field. - Professional business analysis certification (CBAP, CBAP, PMI‑PBA, or equivalent). - PMP or similar project management certification is advantageous. - Minimum of 3–5 years of business analysis and project delivery experience.
