Job title: Solution Engineer – US & UK Markets Role Summary: Serve as the technical liaison between Sales, Product, and Customer Success to enable complex SaaS deals in the US and UK markets. Required Skills: • 3–5 years of experience in SaaS or ATS/HR tech environments (ATS knowledge a plus). • Strong technical foundation: API integrations, webhooks, AI features, code logic interpretation. • Clear documentation writing skills. • Familiarity with SaaS product workflows and telecom concepts. • Fluent English (bilingual level); conversational French a plus. • Autonomous, proactive, organized, and comfortable navigating complex sales cycles. • Excellent communication and problem‑solving mindset; collaborative across teams. **Job Title**: Staff Cloud Engineer H/F **Role Summary**: Lead design, standardization, and automation of the cloud infrastructure for a large‑scale SaaS/CCaaS platform. Own architecture, IaC, DevOps pipelines, security, compliance, performance, and cost optimization across multi‑account, multi‑cloud environments. Serve as the technical Cloud reference for DevOps and SRE teams, guiding architecture decisions and driving skill development. **Expectations**: * Full ownership of cloud architecture and operations. * Strong technical independent decision‑making without direct managerial duties. * Cross‑team collaboration with DevOps, SRE, CTO, and product groups. * Continuous innovation and evaluation of emerging cloud technologies. **Key Responsibilities**: 1.
