Job Description
Job Title: Business Operations Officer Role Summary: Drive operational excellence across Sales, Customer Success, and Support by redesigning processes, administering Salesforce, extracting data insights, and training teams to enhance performance and accelerate revenue growth. Expectations: - Deliver measurable improvements to operational efficiency. - Take initiative and manage projects autonomously while collaborating across functions. - Communicate effectively in French and professional English. Key Responsibilities: - Redesign and document Sales, CSM, and Support processes for maximum efficiency and impact. - Administer, configure, and optimize Salesforce and allied tools. - Analyze operational data, build dashboards, and translate findings into actionable insights for growth. - Develop and conduct training sessions to ensure adoption of new tools and processes. - Lead cross‑functional projects from conception through delivery, coordinating stakeholders and resources. - Create regular reporting for leadership on process metrics and improvement progress. Required Skills: - Minimum 3 years in revenue or business operations, preferably in startups or scale‑ups. - Certified Salesforce Administrator (mandatory). - Strong data analysis capabilities (Excel, SQL, reporting tools). - Project management experience and stakeholder communication skills. - Proactive, autonomous, collaborative problem‑solving mindset. - Fluency in French; professional proficiency in English. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related field. - Salesforce Administrator Certification.
