Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of automotive quality tools and methodologies (8D, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC). - Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills with a structured approach to RCA. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence cross‑functional teams. - Customer‑centric mindset with proactive issue resolution. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure. - Proficiency in using quality management software and data analysis tools.
