**Job Title:** Azure / Identity Specialist
**Role Summary:**
Provide expert delivery and operational support for Azure, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and security platforms (SailPoint, CyberArk, Microsoft Sentinel). Drive cloud strategy implementation, governance, and continuous improvement, collaborating with architecture, IT operations, and external partners to maintain secure, compliant identity and access management across a multi-forest environment.
**Expectations:**
- At least 5 years of enterprise AD and Azure experience.
- Strong Microsoft 365 product knowledge and proven ability to manage complex hybrid environments.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving, stakeholder engagement, and project prioritisation skills.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver technical support for AD, Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 services.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain SailPoint ISC, CyberArk, and Microsoft Sentinel.
- Implement and optimise Azure services (Entra ID, Enterprise Applications, RBAC, Conditional Access, Log Analytics).
- Manage Intune and Configuration Manager, including MDM, MAM, and security policy enforcement.
- Lead identity platform consolidation initiatives and governance.
- Plan and execute Microsoft 365 feature upgrades, retirements, and evergreen strategy compliance.
- Contribute to technical standards development with the architecture team.
- Support annual activities such as penetration testing and internal audits.
**Required Skills:**
- Extensive operational knowledge of AD (DNS, DHCP, PKI, Entra Connect, OU, GPOs, multi‑domain/forest).
- In‑depth experience with Azure services (Entra ID, Enterprise Applications, RBAC, Conditional Access, Log Analytics, Rights Management).
- Hands‑on Intune configuration management (MDM, MAM, policies, endpoint security).
- PowerShell scripting (desirable).
- Strong upgrade and patch governance understanding.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and ability to challenge technical decisions constructively.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- Microsoft certifications such as AZ‑900, MS-100, MS-130, or equivalent are desirable.
