**Job Title:** Data Analytics Lead **Role Summary:** Lead a high-performing team of analysts and engineers to design scalable data architectures, drive strategic decision-making, and deliver actionable insights through advanced analytics. Bridge technical expertise with business strategy to optimize data infrastructure and foster a data-driven culture. **Expectations:** Proven leadership in analytics teams, hands-on technical mastery of data tools, and ability to translate complex insights into strategic business outcomes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and develop a team of 4 data analysts/analytics engineers, promoting continuous improvement and ownership. - Design, test, and maintain robust data pipelines using dbt, Fivetran, and Snowflake. - Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align analytics roadmaps with business priorities and deliver measurable value. - Develop and maintain scalable data models, ensuring reliability, documentation, and quality assurance. - Create Looker/Omni dashboards for key metrics, conduct deep-dive analyses, and publish insights to drive growth. - Drive adoption of self-service analytics through documentation, training, and intuitive data tools. - Advocate for data storytelling, translating technical findings into strategic narratives for leadership and teams. **Required Skills:** - Expertise in SQL, dbt (model architecture, testing), and Looker/Omni (LookML, dashboard design). - Experience orchestrating multi-source data pipelines (Fivetran, Airbyte). - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to translate business needs into analytics solutions. - Leadership in managing and mentoring analytics teams. - Strategic thinking with a bias for action, ownership, and empathy. **Required Education & Certifications:** N/A
