Job Title: IAM (One Identity) Consultant
Job Description: Job Title: IAM (One Identity) Consultant Role Summary: Lead the design, deployment, integration, and support of One Identity IAM solutions (Identity Manager, Safeguard, Active Roles, etc.). Translate business and technical requirements into identity models, role frameworks, workflows, and policies, configure and customize IAM components, and integrate with directories, cloud services, and enterprise applications. Deliver training, knowledge transfer, and ongoing support to internal teams. Expactations: - 6‑month contract with potential extension. - 100% remote engagement. - Candidate must be available to collaborate across time zones as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Own end‑to‑end design, configuration, and deployment of One Identity products. - Gather and document requirements, develop identity models, role paradigms, and governance workflows. - Configure provisioning, role engineering, approval workflows, connectors, synchronization, and reporting. - Integrate One Identity with AD, Azure AD, LDAP, HR systems, cloud apps, databases, ITSM, and other enterprise applications. - Deliver training sessions and create knowledge transfer artifacts. - Provide incident support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain system health. Required Skills: - 3–5+ years of hands‑on experience with One Identity suite (Identity Manager, Safeguard, Active Roles). - Strong grasp of IAM concepts: RBAC, least privilege, segregation of duty, provisioning/deprovisioning, authentication, federation (SAML, OIDC), MFA. - Proven ability to integrate identity tools with directories (AD, Azure AD, LDAP), cloud platforms, and enterprise applications. - Experience designing identity models, role frameworks, and governance policies. - Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement, documentation, and training. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field. - Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of formal degree. - No mandatory certifications required, but relevant IAM or security certifications are a plus.
