Job Description

**Job Title:** Automotive Buyer Coach **Role Summary:** Train and support buyers in automotive sales and procurement processes while ensuring operational efficiency and process optimization. **Expectations:** Candidates should have prior experience in automotive buying or sales, strong negotiation and communication skills, adaptability, and a solution-focused mindset. **Key Responsibilities:** - Train buyers on commercial practices, quality standards, and process performance. - Develop training content and collaborate with departments to create training schedules. - Support the procurement team during operational gaps. - Monitor purchasing quality against defined processes and guide process improvements. - Conduct agency evaluations to identify operational improvements (organization, cleanliness, signage, etc.). - Handle non-operational vehicles and resolve technical vehicle disputes. - Provide technical support via hotline for agency troubleshooting. **Required Skills:** - Strong communication and negotiation abilities. - Technical knowledge of vehicles and proficiency in office tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.). - Training and mentoring capabilities. - Problem-solving, adaptability, and attention to detail. **Required Education & Certifications:** High School diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license (B category).
