Job Description: Job Title: Legal Counsel / Jurist (H/F) Role Summary: Provide legal expertise across commercial litigation, contract law, corporate governance, and compliance for a leading European automotive technology platform. Support multiple business units with proactive advice and risk management to enable secure growth and operational efficiency. Expectations: - Deliver high‑quality legal solutions within tight timelines. - Communicate clearly with cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders. - Demonstrate ownership and initiative across assigned matters. - Actively contribute to continuous improvement of legal processes. - Maintain proficiency in English; French language skills are a plus. Key Responsibilities: - Manage pre‑litigious negotiations and post‑litigatory actions for group entities; draft defense filings, mediation documents, and transactional agreements. - Negotiate, review, and draft a wide range of contracts: commercial leases, supplier agreements, terms of service, and website policies. - Amend corporate statutes, prepare minutes, convene shareholders, and support board proceedings. - Oversee data protection and anti‑fraud compliance; edit and approve internal charters and policies. - Provide on‑demand legal counsel to business units, ensuring risk‑aware decision making. - Monitor regulatory changes affecting automotive, e‑commerce, and digital services sectors. - Collaborate with external counsel on complex matters and manage related costs. Required Skills: - Strong negotiation and analytical thinking. - Detail‑oriented drafting with clear, concise writing. - Proactive problem‑solving and independent decision making. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. - Effective communication across technical and non‑technical audiences. - Proficiency in English (written and spoken). - French language proficiency desirable. Required Education & Certifications: - Master’s degree (Master 2) in Private Law, Business Law, or International Law. - Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in law firm or start‑up environment. - Bar admission or equivalent legal qualification preferred.
