**Job Title:** Field Deployment Lead – Visibility Execution
**Role Summary:**
Lead end‑to‑end, large‑scale deployment of visibility toolkits across a national store network. Ensure that every installation meets brand, retailer, and regulatory standards through meticulous planning, coordination, and quality assurance.
**Expactations:**
- Deliver fully compliant PPOSM installations on agreed timelines and budgets.
- Maintain continuous communication with retailers, suppliers, and internal teams to align expectations and resolve issues.
- Proactively manage risks, drive corrective actions, and report progress to senior stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Own the full deployment lifecycle: planning, site surveys, approvals, logistics, installation, snagging, and maintenance.
- Conduct site surveys, secure 3rd‑party technical, safety, aesthetic and regulatory approvals.
- Oversee PPOSM production, ensure materials, finishes, and finishes meet brand and retailer specs.
- Manage supplier relationships, enforce quality and delivery schedules, and conduct performance reviews.
- Develop and monitor deployment plans, timelines, budgets, and risk logs.
- Serve as the primary liaison between field teams, retailers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Perform on‑site quality checks, coordinate snagging, and guarantee visual excellence.
- Produce regular status reports, performance metrics, and post‑deployment insights.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, building regulations, and documentation requirements.
- Support ongoing lifecycle management of installed assets.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven field marketing or retail operations project management.
- Hands‑on expertise in PPOSM fabrication, installation, and material handling.
- Deep understanding of building regulations, landlord approvals, and retail compliance.
- Strong stakeholder communication, negotiation, and partnership management.
- Analytical mindset with risk identification and corrective action capabilities.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multi‑site coordination skills.
- Self‑starter, solution‑oriented, able to work autonomously under tight schedules.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) preferred.
- Any relevant field‑deployment or retail operations certification acceptable.
