Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and report on financial performance, complaints, and operational metrics of existing direct services. - Manage and update the service database, ensuring accurate documentation of changes and updates. - Simplify service delivery rules in partnership with Operations, ensuring clarity for stakeholders. - Promote managed services through internal communication channels and liaison with the Communications director. - Evaluate feasibility studies for new services, integrating consumption forecasts, financial impact analysis, and technical considerations. - Coordinate the design, launch, and scaling of new direct services, collaborating with technical and administrative teams. - Provide training and guidance to impacted internal teams regarding new service implementations. - Conduct regular qualitative and quantitative reporting on service life-cycle and market trends. - Maintain vigilance on market developments and beneficiary needs, feeding insights into program strategy. Required Skills: - Strong analytical aptitude with proficiency in Power BI and advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts). - Project management experience, including planning, scheduling, and cross-functional coordination. - Client‑service orientation with a focus on beneficiary value and internal stakeholder satisfaction. - Flexibility, creative problem-solving, and risk assessment capabilities. - Effective written and verbal communication, including report preparation and stakeholder briefings. - Collaborative mindset with the ability to work within diverse teams. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) or Master’s (Bac+5) in Management, Business, Commerce, or Marketing. - No mandatory certification required, though experience in public sector program management is an advantage.
