Job title: Customer Success Manager (Freelance) Role Summary: Deliver an outstanding client experience for executive clients enrolled in MasterMind programs, acting as the primary point of contact, monitoring performance metrics, and driving continuous improvement of client satisfaction and program success. Expectations: - 3‑5 years of client‑relations experience, preferably in coaching or online training environments. - Proven ability to track and act on KPIs to improve client outcomes. - Strong communication skills with active listening and empathy. - Fluency in French (written and oral). - Self‑directed, organized, and capable of prioritizing tasks independently. - Interest in managerial responsibilities or team development. - Availability for a 35‑hour freelance contract with flexible hours. Key Responsibilities: - Guide MasterMind members toward achieving their goals and maintaining high satisfaction. - Serve as the main, personalized contact for all program participants, addressing needs and resolving issues. - Monitor client KPIs, analyze feedback, and implement actionable improvements. - Collaborate with internal teams to refine customer‑service processes and tools, ensuring efficient handling of requests. - Provide data‑driven insights to support growth and retention strategies. Required Skills: - Client success or account management experience (3‑5 years). - Background in coaching or high‑end online training programs. - KPI tracking and analytics proficiency. - Excellent French communication (verbal and written). - Active listening, empathy, and problem‑solving. - Strong organizational and prioritization skills. - Initiative and ability to work autonomously. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). - Certifications in Customer Success, Account Management, or related disciplines (e.g., Certified Customer Success Manager, SuccessHACKER) are desirable.
