Job Description: Job Title Head of Finance Role Summary Lead the financial strategy and operations for a fast‑growing fintech, overseeing performance tracking, accounting, liquidity management, and investor relations. Expectations - Deliver accurate, timely financial reporting and dashboards. - Drive financial discipline and transparency across multiple entities. - Support strategic decision‑making and fundraising initiatives. Key Responsibilities - Build & maintain internal financial dashboards (revenue, margin, KPIs). - Set financial objectives and ensure accountability of cross‑functional teams. - Oversee day‑to‑day accounting, bookkeeping, and compliance for all entities. - Coordinate with external accountants, tax advisors, and auditors. - Design scalable processes, internal controls, and reporting frameworks. - Manage liquidity: track cash flow, optimize treasury movements, and lead debt fundraising. - Support equity fundraising: create models, investor materials, and updates. - Prepare monthly investor updates, board materials, and ad hoc stakeholder reports. - Maintain a high standard of transparency and governance in all financial communications. Required Skills - 5+ years of senior finance leadership in startups or fintech. - Strong accounting, financial modeling, and planning expertise. - Proficient in data analysis and dashboard creation. - Experience managing multi‑entity financial structures and international operations. - Proven track record in treasury management and debt or equity fundraising. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. - CPA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent certification preferred.
