**Job Title:** IT Project Manager – ERP Solution (F/M)
**Role Summary:**
Driving end‑to‑end ERP projects across EMEA and the Americas for a global organisation. Acts as the technical reference for the ERP ecosystem, leading configuration, development, testing, deployment, and Level‑3 support for multiple subsidiaries. Coordinates cross‑functional teams, manages project delivery, and champions continuous improvement of systems and processes in a multicultural environment.
**Expectations:**
- Autonomous management of multiple ERP evolution projects simultaneously across international units.
- Serve as the single point of contact for technical issues and user support, ensuring high availability of SaaS applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, internal teams, and external vendors to deliver solutions on time and within budget.
- Lead change management and training initiatives for end‑users across regions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Plan, execute, and monitor ERP enhancement projects (JDE) including configuration, custom development, testing, production rollout, and post‑deployment support.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to end‑users, internal teams, and service providers; resolve Level‑3 incidents.
- Coordinate project activities with a four‑person DSI project team and support shared Tier‑2 services for ~500 users.
- Lead technical initiatives (system, network, security) in collaboration with an Autonomous Service Representative (ASR).
- Produce quality deliverables, status reports, and dashboards for stakeholders; uphold SLA commitments.
- Conduct continuous improvement reviews; recommend enhancements to process and technology stack.
**Required Skills:**
- Expertise in ERP implementation, preferably with JDE/Oracle Fusion Suite.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Cognos, Business Objects, Alliance, Talend, Microsoft O365/AD, Azure Cloud, Oracle DB, and SharePoint.
- Strong project management skills: scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (B2/C1).
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and work confidently with cross‑functional teams.
- Problem‑solving mindset and proactive approach to technical issues and process optimization.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related IT field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience leading ERP‑focused projects in a multinational environment.
- Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or specific ERP credentials (e.g., Oracle JDE certification) are advantageous.
