Job Title: Event Marketing Coordinator (Contract)
Role Summary:
Contractual position on the Growth Marketing team, responsible for end‑to‑end planning, execution, and optimization of small‑to‑mid sized sponsored events to drive engagement, generate qualified leads, and enhance brand visibility. Works closely with sales, brand, product, demand generation, and customer marketing to maximize ROI and ensure seamless campaign integration.
Experations:
- Deliver multiple concurrent events on schedule and within budget while meeting or exceeding engagement and lead generation targets.
- Provide data‑driven insights and actionable recommendations that improve event performance and conversion rates.
- Communicate transparent status updates to cross‑functional stakeholders and maintain a high level of collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive event marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- Coordinate logistics, venue selection, catering, AV, branding, and on‑site execution for in‑person and third‑party sponsored events.
- Design and launch multi‑channel promotional campaigns (email, social media, website) to maximize pre‑event, onsite, and post‑event engagement.
- Partner with internal subject matter experts to craft targeted content, messaging, and collateral that resonate with key audiences.
- Work with sales leaders to identify optimal attendance, select on‑site meeting contacts, and ensure seamless lead hand‑off.
- Utilize Salesforce, Omni reporting, and other analytics tools to track event metrics, perform performance analysis, and generate reports for account mapping and campaign management.
- Execute post‑event follow‑up strategies—including Marketo nurture flows and sales outreach—to convert leads into customers.
- Maintain project management databases (Asana or equivalent) to document timelines, tasks, budgets, and deliverables.
Required Skills:
- 2+ years of event marketing or event management experience.
- Proven project management proficiency with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication, copywriting, and storytelling capabilities.
- Data‑driven decision making with experience in analysis and reporting tools.
- Comfortable collaborating across sales, product, and marketing functions.
- Attention to detail, resourcefulness, and a results‑focused mindset.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, or comparable marketing automation and CRM platforms ideal.
