**Job Title:** Technical Enablement Manager
**Role Summary:**
Design, build, and scale enablement programs for DeepL’s technical go‑to‑market teams—including Solutions Consultants, Customer Success Managers, Customer Support, and Professional Services Consultants—to accelerate product adoption, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
**Expectations:**
- 7–10 years of enablement experience in a SaaS, B2B environment.
- Proven track record building programs from inception to scale across multiple regions.
- Strong technical acumen, ability to translate product features into customer value.
- Comfortable collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders (Sales, Knowledge Management, Support).
- Capacity to thrive in fast‑paced, high‑impact settings.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Enablement Program Development**
- Design onboarding curricula for each technical role.
- Create comprehensive enablement programs (product knowledge, consultative selling, ROI articulation, troubleshooting, expansion identification).
- Build role‑based certification paths.
2. **Content Development & Delivery**
- Produce instructor‑led, self‑paced, workshop, and hands‑on lab experiences.
- Develop playbooks, job aids, quick reference guides.
- Leverage Sana LMS to maintain up‑to‑date resources.
3. **Tool Enablement**
- Ensure teams master Salesforce, Salesloft, prospecting tools, and other platform integrations.
4. **Process Enablement**
- Standardize new‑customer kick‑off, onboarding, go‑live, incident management, QBR, renewal, and VoC feedback workflows.
5. **Performance Measurement & Optimization**
- Track engagement, completion rates, and enablement effectiveness.
- Deliver executive‑level reporting on program impact.
- Continuously refine curricula based on data insights.
**Required Skills:**
- Program & curriculum design, instructional design.
- Technical product knowledge (AI, SaaS, language platforms).
- Sales & customer success basics (value selling, storytelling, ROI).
- LMS administration (Sana or equivalent).
- Data analysis, reporting, and performance metrics.
- Cross‑functional stakeholder management.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching abilities.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Certifications such as Certified Sales Enablement Professional (CSEP), PMP, or relevant SaaS enablement credentials are a plus.
