Job title: Technical Lead (F/M)
Role Summary
Lead and mentor front‑end and back‑end development teams to deliver scalable, high‑performance digital mobility solutions on AWS. Own architecture design, enforce best practices, and collaborate with product, design, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust software.

Key Responsibilities
- Coach and develop cross‑functional front‑end (React, Next.js, TypeScript) and back‑end (NestJS, Node.js, Python, Java, PHP) developers.
- Design, implement, and evolve modern microservices architectures and APIs.
- Liaise with architects to ensure alignment with strategic technical direction.
- Participate in coding, technology selection, and code reviews to guarantee quality.
- Oversee application reliability, security, and scalability on AWS.
- Collaborate with DevOps to deliver CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and observability.
- Work with product, design, and domain teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Champion continuous improvement through innovative practices, tooling, and processes.
Required Skills
- Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (React, Next.js).
- Deep understanding of back‑end ecosystems: NestJS, Node.js, Python, Java, PHP.
- Experience with microservices, RESTful/APIs, and performance tuning.
- Proficiency in relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL stores.
- Hands‑on AWS experience (EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, CloudFormation).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid grasp of DevOps practices, automated testing, and Agile/Scrum.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, Certified Scrum Master) are advantageous.
