Job Description
**Job Title** Indoor Radio Project Manager – 4G/5G Deployment (M/F) **Role Summary** Lead end‑to‑end management of indoor radio coverage projects for 4G/5G (DAS, multi‑operator solutions) in complex environments such as office buildings, tunnels, and metro stations. Coordinate design, construction, commissioning, and delivery while ensuring technical, regulatory, safety and client‑satisfaction standards. **Expectations** - Deliver projects on time, within budget, and meet client SLAs. - Maintain strong client relations and contractual commitments. - Operate independently across multiple simultaneous projects with clear coordination and leadership. **Key Responsibilities** - *Project planning & execution*: define scope, timelines, budgets; monitor milestones; report progress to stakeholders. - *Work coordination*: supervise contractors (fiber, coaxial, electrical, mechanical); manage site access, phasing, co‑activity; enforce HSE procedures for confined spaces and tunnels. - *Technical interface*: collaborate with radio engineers and network architects; validate DAS, repeaters, RF/fiber installations; coordinate PIM, RF coverage testing and commissioning. - *Quality & compliance*: conduct pre‑site reviews, plan approvals, task inspections, defect rectification; ensure compliance with building, tunnel and operator standards. - *Client & contractual management*: act as primary liaison; resolve scope changes, claims; uphold SLAs and service quality. **Required Skills** - Project‑management tools: MS Project, Excel, internal tracking systems. - Technical knowledge: 4G/5G, DAS, fiber optics, coaxial RF cabling, antennas, splitters, equipment (Huawei, Solid, Commscope). - Field experience: telecom infrastructure deployment; familiarity with metro/tunnel sites and access constraints. - HSE awareness: confined‑space criteria, fire permits, ventilation, night phasing. - Soft skills: strong organization, multitasking, leadership, decision‑making, negotiation, client‑centric communication. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor (Bac+3) to Master (Bac+5) in Electrical Engineering, Telecom, Civil Engineering or equivalent technical field. - Minimum 3 years of technical project‑management experience in telecom or construction. - Electrical certifications or confined‑space qualifications are a plus.

Manage subcontractors, schedules, deliverables, and site‑hosting responsibilities while ensuring clear communication with the client and internal stakeholders. Provide regular progress updates to senior management and conduct technical meetings. **Expectations** - Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in telecom radio deployment project management. - Strong command of site‑deployment constraints and end‑to‑end project execution. - Ability to prioritize, drive projects forward with rigor, dynamism, and autonomy. - Excellent communication, adaptability, and stakeholder‑management skills. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Pilot subcontractors and coordinate their tasks. 2. Track project timelines, milestones, and resource allocations. 3. Verify quality and completeness of all deliverables. 4.
