Job Title: Full‑Stack eCommerce Developer (H/F)
Role Summary: Develop and maintain full‑stack eCommerce solutions for large retail clients, progressing from development to potential tech‑lead or architecture roles.
Expactations: • Deliver high‑quality code across the entire application stack.
• Lead or contribute to projects within an agile (Scrum/Kanban) framework.
• Mentor junior team members and continuously learn new technologies.
Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, test, deploy and support backend services using Spring Boot, Express.js, Nest.js, or equivalent.
• Build responsive front‑end interfaces with React.js, Vue.js, or Angular, ensuring cross‑device compatibility.
• Write semantic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and integrate REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Monitor production performance, analyze metrics and logs, and troubleshoot bugs or performance bottlenecks.
• Maintain technical documentation and user guides.
• Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and agile ceremonies (stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
• Conduct market and technology research to recommend improvements and keep the stack current.
Required Skills: • Proven expertise in at least two back‑end languages (Java, Node.js, Python) and corresponding frameworks (Spring, Express, Nest).
• Proficiency in at least one modern front‑end framework (React, Vue, Angular).
• Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, ES6+, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL), ORM (Hibernate, TypeORM), message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and API design.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and containerization (Docker).
• Ability to analyze metrics, logs, and trace data to identify and resolve issues.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in professional English.
Required Education & Certifications: • Engineering or Computer Science degree (or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of full‑stack development experience, including back‑end and front‑end work.
• Hands‑on experience with Spring, MVC, Hibernate, Kafka, and one of the major front‑end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
• Open‑source or community contributions and continuous learning are valued.
