Job Description

**Job Title** Freelance Senior Account Manager – Client Services **Role Summary** Deliver end‑to‑end, multi‑channel FMCG campaigns for a creative agency, managing a high‑profile portfolio of drinks and snack brands while mentoring junior staff in a hybrid London setting. **Expectations** - 6 month freelance contract, £280‑£350/day. - Proven senior agency account management with deep FMCG experience (grocery, convenience, OOH). - Lead a portfolio of global brands, drive results across strategy, planning, execution and measurement. **Key Responsibilities** - Serve as the primary client contact, building trust and long‑term relationships. - Lead, coach, and develop junior team members. - Own campaign life‑cycle: strategy, media mix, retail/experiential activations, sampling, content creation and production. - Manage budgets, forecasts, supplier contracts and ensure campaign profitability. - Present concepts and performance insights clearly to clients and internal stakeholders. - Support business‑development pitches and identify growth opportunities within the portfolio. - Uphold project accuracy, quality control and delivery timelines. **Required Skills** - Senior account management in an agency, with an FMCG focus (drinks, snacks). - Expertise in grocery, convenience, OOH media and multi‑channel activation. - Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities. - Commercial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis. - Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills. - Proven project‑management ability. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field (preferred). - Relevant certifications in FMCG, media planning or project management are a plus but not mandatory.
