**Job Title:** Senior AI Programme Manager (PMO)
**Role Summary:**
Leads and coordinates a portfolio of AI initiatives across the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, robust AI governance, and delivery using agile methodologies. Acts as the primary point of contact for cross‑functional teams, sponsors, and external stakeholders, with on‑site presence and fluent French communication.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver AI projects on time, within scope and budget.
- Maintain strict AI governance and compliance.
- Travel to project sites as required.
- Communicate fluently in French and English with all stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Define, plan, and execute AI programme roadmaps.
- Orchestrate cross‑functional project teams (data science, engineering, product, legal, etc.).
- Apply agile frameworks to manage sprints, backlogs, and deliverables.
- Monitor programme risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.
- Ensure AI models adhere to ethical, regulatory, and governance standards.
- Produce regular status reports, dashboards, and executive briefings.
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment, decision‑making, and resource allocation.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven expertise in AI concepts, technologies, and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of AI governance, ethics, and regulatory compliance.
- Advanced agile project management (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Ability to lead and coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills in French and English.
- Willingness and ability to travel on‑site.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred.
- Agile certification (CSM, SAFe Agilist, or similar) advantageous.
