Account Manager – Real Estate Solutions
**Role Summary**
Drive the commercialisation of innovative real‑estate solutions within a large office property developer. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, launch, and optimise a portfolio that enhances tenant value (flexibility, mobility, digital services, sustainability, intensity of use). Act as the key liaison between the company, clients, and ecosystem partners to deliver a 360° real‑estate offering.
**Expectations**
- 3–5 years of B2B commercial development, preferably in office real‑estate, PropTech, or enterprise services.
- Proven ability to translate market trends into viable product, pricing, and go‑to‑market strategies.
- Strong stakeholder management skills for high‑level client engagements, partnership negotiations, and cross‑departmental collaboration.
- Demonstrated project‑management competence, delivering initiatives on time and within budget.
- Results‑oriented mindset, using metrics to gauge adoption, revenue, and margin.
