**Job Title**
Project Management Intern – Urban Redevelopment (Stage CESURE/TFE)
**Role Summary**
Six‑month internship assisting the Project Director on the Gally Quarter redevelopment in Versailles. The intern supports operational project management, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, overseeing financial and schedule controls, managing land acquisitions and procurement, and engaging with local authorities and stakeholders. The role emphasizes sustainability, ESG integration, and efficient delivery of an inclusive, low‑carbon urban project.
**Expectations**
- Deliver timely support to the project director, ensuring smooth execution of all project phases.
- Contribute to budget adherence, schedule integrity, and quality of deliverables.
- Demonstrate initiative, strong analytical reasoning, and a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving.
- Work collaboratively with architects, planners, consultants, land‑use experts, and municipal bodies.
- Communicate clearly both verbally and in writing, maintaining professional relationships.
- Uphold and promote environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles throughout project activities.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Contractor Coordination** – Assist in the management of architects‑urbanists, consultants (AMO, BET), surveyors, and other service providers.
2. **Financial Oversight** – Support cost tracking, budget preparation, and financial reporting for the operation.
3. **Schedule Management** – Monitor project milestones, update the master schedule, and flag potential delays.
4. **Land Acquisition & Negotiation** – Aid in the acquisition of parcels and in the preparation of acquisition documents.
5. **Procurement** – Draft and launch tenders, evaluate bids, and coordinate with suppliers and contractors.
6. **Program Supervision** – Oversee private‑program development by real‑estate operators, ensuring alignment with project goals.
7. **Stakeholder Liaison** – Maintain regular communication with city officials, local authorities, and community groups.
8. **Sustainability Reporting** – Contribute to ESG metrics, documentation, and progress tracking toward low‑carbon targets.
**Required Skills**
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic financial acumen: cost analysis, budget monitoring.
- Excellent written and oral communication; effective stakeholder engagement.
- Commercial awareness and negotiation aptitude.
- Passion for sustainability and ESG integration.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with project‑management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).

**Required Education & Certifications**
- Currently enrolled in or graduated from a bachelor’s or master’s program in real‑estate development, finance, urban planning, architecture, engineering, or a related discipline.
- Coursework or practical experience in project management, real‑estate finance, or urban renewal is preferred.
- Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, AIA, RICS, or related) are an advantage but not mandatory.
